Economic City Buildings

Beitrag von Wilhelm von Preußen »

We will splitt the time scale 1815-1950 in 3 parts.
1815-188x, 188x-1918, 1918-1950. In each time area there will be possible to build other buildings and/or update buildings

Lets collect here possible ECONOMIC city buildings they were most important in the times 1815-1950.

1. Schools
2. University
3. industry buildings

first:
ground(all kids from x to x), middle (mostly visited from the kids of factory workers9 and high-schools (from the high society)
second:
well, I think, there should only be one university building with all and later the university will split in a few groups
third:
weapons, vehicles (like trains), consumer goods (like lamps and so on), building companys, ...

There should be buildings like furniture factories, power stations, steel plants, etc. which give bonus for the row materials.

the higher the "freedom" of your national policy is, the higher should be the effectiveness of your schools/universities (the onjly exception being the 3rd reich... may be a "minority policy" could solve this, which has few effects on research).

btw. research should be completely free from "income" and only be dependant on university/school policy (imho)

I think invetions like the electrical light or the Otto-Motor depends on the surrounding technologies an the educational situation in the country. But what about the Mainhatten-Projekt or the V2 construcion and development yards in Penemünde and in the HArz-Mountains?
The last two projects costs much money, but the americans needed the german scientists.
