*Quelle*Susana in wargamer.com interview hat geschrieben:Gamersgate.com is a publisher/retail online platform that only offer download versions of the game. After purchasing a game on Gamersgate.com, that game is associated with the gamer’s account on our site. The installer for the game will verify that the player owns the game before installing. After that initial step, no Internet connection is required. All purchased games stay available through their Gamersgate.com account. They can be downloaded more than once but we reserve the right to control this traffic and players might need to explain if it is used excessively. It is possible to backup the installer onto a CD. When used again, that installer will simply connect to Gamersgate.com and verify ownership. That allows the player to re-install the game without any need to download again.
Ist ja schön und gut, aber wenn VR als erstes Only-for-Download Spiel zur Verfügung steht, und sich dieser Trend fortsetzt, finde ich das nicht wirklich wünschenswert...
