As i am a expert upon Germany and it's States 1800-1918, i am certain i can aid you all there, but i wounder, how many states will you have, Of course it is hard to decide as you do not know the layout yet, but perhaps a guess. I meen, it can be a rough game, where it is Germany as one whole nation, or it can be a game where small states like Reuss are in, or it can be a middle thing where the big nations are with, including vassal states.

we tend more to the middle thing you mentioned. Germany definatly wont be one country, there will be bavaria, austria, saxon etc. . At least i have to look on a map for Viena congress

u got for the time a map?

You meen directly after the Congress of Vienna, i think i can get a map of that, i shall try.
