Habe zu den Armutsdaten noch einmal etwas gesucht. Die Armutsgrenze wird anhand eines Standardwarenkorbs berechnet (basic food basket) und es gibt da anscheinend zwei Kritikpunkte an dessen Berechnung, die aber entgegen meiner ursprünglichen Formulierung nicht als "schönen" (d.h. manipulieren) zu interpretieren wären.
